What are hourly stays?

Hourly stays let you take a space for 3, 6 or 12 hours instead of a full night. They are handy for a work break, a quiet afternoon, a rest between journeys or time with family and friends.

A long stay is a month or more in a fully furnished home, for relocations, work-from-anywhere stretches and slow seasons.

What are special locations?

Special locations are places chosen for where they are: heritage havelis in Jaipur, beach houses in Goa, hill cabins in Manali, houseboats in Kerala and lakeside homes in Kashmir. Some also welcome celebrations like weddings, birthdays and reunions.

Which cities can I find stays in?

We are starting with Jaipur, Delhi, Goa, Kerala, Manali, Agra and Kashmir, and hosts can list a property in any Indian city. New places are added every day.

How do I become a host?

Sign up as a host, confirm your email, and upload your ID and a document showing you can host the property. We review every host within 24 hours, and then review each property you list, also within 24 hours. You need at least 3 photos and every detail filled in. Our first 100 hosts pay a reduced commission of 10% instead of 15%.

Is ourBnb only for India?

Yes. ourBnb is built for India, around how India stays: families, festivals, heritage and hills.

How much does it cost?

Hosts set their own prices in rupees for 3, 6 or 12 hours, a night or a month. The price you see is the price you pay. Our first 100 bookings get 30% off with the code LAUNCH30.

How do bookings and payments work?

Search by city, size, hours or days, and the number of adults, children and rooms. We only show places that are free for your dates. Booking is instant: you pay securely through Razorpay and get a confirmation email straight away.

What if I need to cancel?

For short stays you get a full refund up to 24 hours before check-in and half from 24 hours to 6 hours before. For long stays you get a full refund up to 7 days before and half until 24 hours before. If a host cancels, you always get a full refund. See the refund policy for details.

Can I make an offer on the price?

On places where the host allows it, yes. Choose "Make an offer" on the booking card, send the price you have in mind, and you will know straight away if the host can do it. An accepted offer is held for you for 15 minutes so you can pay.

Why is there a break between hourly slots?

Each hourly slot is followed by a 30 minute break so the host can get the place ready for the next guest. You only see slots that are free.

Is it safe to pay on ourBnb?

Payments are taken securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking). Your card details never reach ourBnb, and every payment is checked on our server before a booking is confirmed.

How do I contact ourBnb?

Write to info@ourbnb.in or call +91 74286 37288 any time except 3 am to 9 am IST. Questions about a particular place come to our team first, and we pass them to the host.

Can I book a farmhouse or villa for a wedding, birthday or celebration?

Yes. Hosts can open their farmhouse, villa, haveli or garden for weddings, engagements, birthdays, anniversaries, parties, baby showers, corporate events and photo shoots. On ourBnb choose Events, pick your date, the occasion and the number of guests, and you will see only the places that are free, with the price per day.

I own a farmhouse. Can I host events on ourBnb?

Yes. When you list a property, switch on events, choose the occasions you welcome, set how many guests it can hold and your price per day. You stay in control: you can turn events on or off for each place, and block any dates on your calendar.
